One FAQ โ
Question of the Week:
โ"Okay so I know I need to eat better but I don't want to live off salads and plain chicken. Is there a way to start without hating my life? Help lol"
Answer: Okay I'm going to be honest with you...
Because I don't view cravings (aka TASTY food) as a bad thing (which is different from most gurus and coaches you talk to).
Most people try to "eat healthier" by cutting out everything they love.
Salads or bland food only.
No pizza. No dessert. Pure willpower mode.
And then by day 5 they're face-first in a bag of chips wondering what went wrong.
Here's what I'd do instead:
Don't fight your cravings, use them as a roadmap!
Yes, really!!
Your cravings aren't the enemy.
They're actually telling you exactly what you want to eat.
The trick is finding a version that doesn't wreck your progress.
So think about a meal you always reach for (the one that's probably way too high in calories).
Pizza? Ice cream? Mac and cheese?
It was always ice cream for me ๐
Whatever it is for you.
Now find a macro-friendly version of it.
That's it. That's your starting point.
Don't try to overhaul your entire diet this week.
You'll get overwhelmed and start back at square one.
Just pick ONE recipe. Get the ingredients. Make it.
Something clicks once you taste it and realize "wait... this is actually good AND it fits my macros?"
You'll actually want to keep going. You'll want to try another one. And another.
And it all starts with one recipe that proves healthy food doesn't have to suck.
And a few weeks from now?
You'll be down a few pounds wondering why you ever thought this had to be hard.
So if you need somewhere to find that first recipe...
I've got over 1,027 macro-friendly recipes (pizza, tacos, desserts, all of it) on sale right now for 81% off.
If you're planning on trying to lose weight, fit into those clothes that got a little too tight, and get rid of some extra fat...

Serving Surprise ๐ฎ
It's the week after Christmas!
So you know what that means...
A bunch more of you now have a Ninja Creami lol.
And as you probably know, I'm a BIG fan of the Ninja Creami.
The biggest reason:
Being able to eat a whole pint of ice cream for 300 calories with 40g of protein is insane.
And it's legit ice cream.
And trust me, I am an appliance snob.
I hate unnecessary shit.
This thing is worth it IF you love ice cream and want to eat it every single day while reaching your goals.
For example, this is what 350 calories of Ben & Jerry's looks like:
And it has 37g of sugar with only 6g of protein.
And then this is what 350 calories of my protein ice cream looks like:
Yes, this is a whole pint. AND it also has 40g of protein.
I have nearly 30 recipes inside this recipe bundle (with new ones releasing in the coming months!).
I've been talking a lot about sweet recipes recently.
And the main point I want you to remember is:
If you want to include sweet meals in your 'diet' but can't, you're not 'dieting' right.
By eating macro friendly meals, you're able to crush your cravings while hitting your goals.
Because eating macro friendly isnโt a diet.
Itโs a lifestyle built on better questions.
- What do you want to eat?
- What makes you feel good?
- How can we make that happen every damn day?
Donโt compromise.
Much love and happy cooking,โ
Zach
